As (Branded) Creative Director at The FRONT, she will be a VISIONARY CONCEPTUAL MIND — someone who’s a strategic thinker and dives deep into a given category to identify opportunities to innovate, identify white space or INVENTIVE opportunities, someone who’s up-to-speed on technology, youth culture, social issues, new media, and entertainment, someone who’s well-traveled. She’s the type of mind who goes out and makes things instead of talking about making things and regurgitating jargon or briefs. She cuts through complexities and brings simplicity to a challenging world. She should want to BUILD SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL and make a real, positive impact on culture and the world.

– Lead and inspire a team of supporting creative minds
– Guide and steer concepts across media and mediums (original content, film, entertainment, live experiences & events, IP, technology, art, VR/AR/MR/360, design, strategic partnerships)
– Play an imperative role in building the “creative” team at The FRONT
– Bring a strong network of other talent/potential partners to collaborate with
– Be first line of defense to support Founder, Thalia Mavros
– Hold partner/client hands from inception through execution (and hold your ground)
– Create magic
– Create vibes

– Freelance / Full time role potential

– 2 wks paid vacation for 1st year (we trust people will work hard + take reasonable amount of time off subject to approval for timing + at least 2 wks notice requested)
